About CrackStreet.com

This web site is intended to provide news to inform the public and potential tourists of the danger associated with visiting these areas, as well as expressing the concern of area residents for there safety and dissatisfaction with the cities ability to police and protect the community from this rampant drug dealing.

CrackStreet.com is a None Governmental Organization (NGO) devoted to bring news to the community and country. We hope to bring this issue to the publics attention and would like nothing more to make this site obsolete and non relevant news to the neighborhood. But unfortunately this is not the current case.

CrackStreet.com has no physical location or individual representative, currently we only exist and distribute news via the internet.

We must note that the City of Denver has embarked on a fantastic and ambitious effort to redevelop East Colfax. This may be the single greatest thing to happen to Capitol Hill. But as for now it is still in the initial phase, as well it is mainly focused on land and business development with little attention to crime. Regardless this is a important fist step in taking back the streets of Capitol Hill.
